Earthfierce's paws twitched as he dreamt. He muttered small phrases. Most were unintelligible but one he repeated more than once was "most beautiful..."

Earthfierce's paws continued to twitch. In his dream Mousefern reappeared. Earthfierce growled at her. "I told you to go away. I never want to see you again. You broke my heart." All this he said aloud as he slept. Mousefern made some response. Earthfierce made a muttered reply. "She doesn't know that."

Bulletspeed opened her eyes and watched Earthfierce.

Earthfierce muttered one last thing. "If she never knows, it won't happen again." Mousefern soon left Earthfierce in peace and he slipped into deep sleep.

Bulletspeed looked up at Earthfierce. She sat up and looked the other way. "What won't happen again if she doesn't know what?"

Earthfierce sighed. Why couldn't his mouth stay shut when he slept? Earthfierce decided to be somewhat honest with Bulletspeed. "There is a she-cat I have feelings for but she doesn't know. If she never finds out than she can't do what Mousefern did to me." Earthfierce turned away.
