Earthfierce padded through the forest back toward the cave. When he got close he saw cats near the entrance. He recognized Eaglekit. Earthfierce padded out of the bushes.
Pantherpaw jumped to his paws when he saw Earthfierce.

Earthfierce turned and padded into the cave.

Blackdeath stood up and entered the main cavern.

Earthfierce saw Blackdeath and padded toward him.
Pantherpaw nosed Starfire. "Come on, Starfire. We shouldn't be here."

Shadowfire swatted at him.
Blackdeath unsheathed his claws, "Didn't learn your lesson?" He looked around, "Left your dove in the forest did you?"

Earthfierce continued padding toward Blackdeath without saying a word.
Pantherpaw dodged the swat. "Starfire! Stop this!"

Blackdeath snarled and took a step forward.
Starfire growled, "Go away!"

Earthfierce bared his teeth. "I'll give you one chance to leave this clan and never come back. If you stay, I'll kill you."
Pantherpaw frowned. "Fine. But don't think you can come crawling back to me." He growled. He stalked away into the forest, not looking back.

Blackdeath laughed, "No, I will kill you."

Earthfierce leaped forward and grabbed Blackdeath's neck with his front paws. He sank his teeth into Blacdeath's neck.
Pantherpaw padded through the forest. Pain from Starfire's rejection rippled through him.
