Lightening heard a screech outside the den and soon a pair of gnashing teeth and claws were snapping and slashing at her. Lightning screeched and ran. But she was too slow and the teeth caught her. She felt the teeth sink into her flesh. She shrieked.
Lightning jumped awake, breathing heavily.
