Wolfpaw shook her head, "I dont know!" She yowled again.
"Get you mother or something!" Firpaw yelled at Lightening.

Lightening flattened her ears. She turned and raced through the house. "Mother! Mother, Wolfpaw needs you!"
Jessie looked up from where she was grooming her fur. "What does that filthy cat want with me?" she hissed.
"Her kits are coming! Please, Mother, you're the only one that knows what to do." Lightening said.
Jessie's eyes softened at the mention of kits. "Fine, I'll help, but only because of the kits." She said and padded through the house to Wolfpaw. She sniffed the she-cat. "When did it start?"

Lightening hovered behind her mother, watching her friend.

Wolfpaw pushed and a little gray kit tumbled out.
